The Heart Behind It All

Growing up in a Lebanese family, some of my favourite memories were spent watching my aunties cook and create beautiful food. From a young age, I developed a love for sweets, creativity and presentation.

What started as making little desserts for my family to taste soon turned into taking over the dessert tables at family gatherings. Over time, my little passion grew into something much bigger.

I've always been a perfectionist, and I believe it's the little details that make something truly special. From the flavours to the presentation, I put my heart into everything I create.

For me, it's more than just desserts. It's about sharing my culture, expressing my creativity and bringing people together through food.
